The Family Catechesis program is a hybrid program for students in Grades 1 through 8. Families enrolled in Family Catechesis meet once a month for a 75-minute session that includes reflection, discussion, and activities. The session begins with families together, then breaks into groups: parents, children in Grades 1-3, children in Grades 4-5, and a combined group for students in Grades 6-8.
Teams of catechists will work with each group for about 45 minutes. Families will then work on specified sessions in the grade-level Loyola Press books with their students for the remainder of the month, sending in online assessments for each student’s session.
