It is with great joy that Ascension and St. Edmund Parish welcomes your child into the family of God through the sacrament of Baptism. Baptism preparation begins with a phone call to Diane Lawrence.

After your initial call, first-time parents will attend one formation session, held on the second Saturday of the month. Godparents are welcome to attend, but attendance is not required.

If your child is over the age of 7, a year of Religious Education is required before beginning baptismal preparation.
