Stewardship Renewal for St. Catherine of Siena-St. Lucy and St. Giles Parish
Stewardship Renewal Reminder from Our Pastor, Father Carl
DECEMBER 7, 2025
Whether this has been your faith community for generations, or you just recently started worshipping with us, we are a stronger and more vibrant parish because of YOU! Thank you.
Our ongoing Stewardship Renewal Drive is meant to inspire you to think about stewardship in new ways. Often time we think of stewardship as it pertains to the financial health of our parish and while that is key, it is not the only piece. Stewardship is the recognition that everything we have is a gift from God. How can we use those gifts bestowed on us to serve Him? The world needs you more than ever and so does our own parish.
I ask you to consider the role stewardship has in your life. Our ministries are dependent on your time and talent, which is all made possible by your financial generosity. Remember to complete a Commitment Card to let us know of your interests, needs, and of your plans. You can bring it to Mass, drop it off at the office, or mail it in, as soon as you are able to. Additional cards can be found at church and at the office. Thank you for all of the ways you help steward the work of our wonderful parish.
Fr. Carl Morello
Is turning in a Commitment Card necessary if I’m already giving regularly? - Completing the card is a symbolic gesture that will help us predict our offertory collections, connect you with ministries, and ensure you have access to pastoral care.
What if I’m not sure of how much I can give from week to week? - Give what you are able to and as regularly as you can. All gifts are deeply appreciated. No one will question if you give less one week compared to another.
If my situation changes, can I adjust the amount I give? - Absolutely. If you automate your giving, you can make changes on GiveCentral or we can help you. Automating your offertory is especially helpful for the parish. We can help to enroll you.
Will someone follow-up with me after I submit the card? - Yes, you will receive a thank you letter. If you have an interest in ministry, we will connect you with the appropriate groups. Our stewardship team is readily available to help. Presiders will also follow up on your pastoral needs.
