We invite you to complete the following online Ascension and St. Edmund Facilities Request Form to reserve space for a meeting or event. You will be notified when your dates are posted or if there is a conflict.

If you are requesting the gym for a meeting or event, please have the date approved by Matt Mueller, the Athletic Director, by emailing him at [email protected]. Indicate in the comment question that your gym date has been approved before submitting this form to the parish office.
