Keeping our Migrant Sisters and Brothers Warm - On the final day of 2025 for coat and blanket distribution, we gave away more than 80 coats, along with hats, gloves and scarves. We hope to open again early in 2026 which will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
By special arrangement on the following day, friends from North Lawndale collected 40 additional coats, along with hats, gloves, and scarves for families they are supporting. They arrived with a list of the exact number and sizes they needed and all requests were filled.
Net Result - We need more coats (especially older children and adult sizes in small and medium), gloves, and blankets. PLEASE, ONLY THESE ITEMS.
