We are an Easter People! - “Christ has no hands but ours” is attributed to Teresa of Avila who lived in the 1500’s.

On Holy Thursday at Centro San Edmundo Father Carl and Pastor Helen blessed hand cream that was used to bless the hands of the volunteers. The volunteers paired up and blessed each other. Then the hands of the migrants who arrived for breakfast and clothing were also blessed.

Now the migrants are seeking help with their asylum or work permit applications. Sometimes seeking help with general questions about the immigration system. We continue to get requests for help with housing. This work would not be possible without your donations, without your hands.
