You may recall taking the survey in 2023. We would like you to take this year’s survey so we can see where we have made progress in knowing, loving, and serving Christ through the many ministries and worshiping communities that make up the Catholic Communities of Oak Park and Neighbors. We also want an honest assessment of where there are gaps in parishioners' lived experience and our baptismal calling of discipleship.

If you prefer a paper copy, you may pick up a survey at the entrances of our churches. Please drop the completed paper survey at the respective parish office.
