SGFMC Turkey Trot - St. Catherine of Siena-St. Lucy and St. Giles Parish
St. Giles Family Mass Community - Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 27 at 9:30 AM
For over 40 years, we have celebrated the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. Now is the time to get ready for the FORTY-THIRD running of the Turkeys to once again celebrate and gather on Thanksgiving morning.
We need 60-65 volunteers to pull this off each year. We will be sending requests to last year’s volunteers, but we are also looking for more participation. Volunteers, please contact Jack Lesniak ([email protected]).
This year’s Turkey Trot proceeds will go to: Companions Journeying Together Inc., Aunt Mary’s Story Book prison ministry, and The Neighborhood Bridge. The Neighborhood Bridge is a community-based non-profit dedicated to connecting families in the Austin community with essential resources and supportive services. Through our Advocate Program, Essentials Pantry, and collaborative partnerships with local schools and organizations, we work to ensure that families have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
