Project Prayer at Noon was founded to address growing social division, fear, and injustice by harnessing one of humanity's oldest, most universal tools for change: unified, collective prayer. We believe that when people pause together daily at noon - across backgrounds, borders, and beliefs - we can shift not only individual hearts but also the dynamics shaping our world. The power of collective intention and reflection can inspire understanding, heal division and create momentum for justice.

2. Pause. Find a quiet space for reflection.
3. Pray. For justice and understanding - it doesn't need to be long.
